This is a very nice gem quality lavender pink Imperial Topaz crystal silver pendant from world-famous locality in Brazil. It has a sharp termination. All the faces are lustrous and It has the internal scintillations that make these so unique and pretty.
There is some uncertainty regarding the name of Topaz. Some say it comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "fire." Others link it to the Red Sea Island of Topazios (Zabargad or St. John's Island), where peridot has been found.
