This is a fantastic greenish-blue with brown dendrite inclusions raw Opal (Andean Opal) silver pendant from Peru.
Opal is untreated and not enhanced.

Interesting Fact!! Andean Opal is a trade name for greenish blue opal found in Peru. It appeared in Lima together with chrysocolla in the early 1970s. The copper content in blue opal is up to 1% Cu, it is coloured by irregular microscopic inclusions of chrysocolla (Fritsch et al., 1999) or other Cu silicate. Galillou et al. (2008) states that the inclusions can be Mg-rich shattuckite.
