Processing and handling time

We ask for 2 days time to process and ship out your product after the order is placed.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Seeing the item in person at The Russian Store store

Please contact us to arrange a viewing of any of the items listed on our website. We ask for 1-2 days to bring the item to the store – and there are no commitments, if you aren’t happy with it, you don’t have to purchase it.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
